Please note that Workshop Attendees and Tutorial Attendees are eligible to attend Conference without additional cost.

Terms

Registration Fees are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and must be transferred to Bank Accounts before closing dates. If you have difficulties paying bank transfer, please email event@mm-ix.net to make necessary arrangements. On-site conference payment can be made at the Registration Desk for Visitor Attendees. Cash Payments are accepted in Myanmar Kyats (MMK) only. There is no refund upon cancellation.
It is highly recommended that you register online to secure your attendance well in advance before closing dates. Early registration will facilitate in the planning of the conference. Walk-in registrants shall be allowed if seats are still available.
An invoice will be sent to you by email upon completing the online registration form. A confirmation email and an invitation letter will be sent upon payment complete. Please keep it for your reference.

ပွဲဝင်ကြေးများ(Fees) မှာ မြန်မာ ကျပ်ငွေဖြင့်သာ သတ်မှတ်ပြီး ငွေတောင်းခံလွှာ (Invoice) တွင်ဖေါ်ပြထားသည့် ဘဏ်စာရင်းများသို့ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နောက်ဆုံးရက် မတိုင်မှီ ပို့ပေးရပါမည်။ ငွေလွှဲရန် အခက်အခဲရှိသူများ event@mm-ix.net သို့ အီးမေးပေးပို့ အကူအညီတောင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။ မြန်မာကျပ်ငွေ ဖြင့်သာ ပေးချေရပါမည်။ ပေးချေပြီး ငွေများကို ပြန်မည်သည့် အကြောင်းနှင့်မှ ပြန်လည် ထုတ်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
သေချာသော တက်‌ရောက်ခွင့်အတွက် အင်တာနက် online မှ ကြိုတင် စာရင်းသွင်းပြီး၊ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ပိတ်ရက်မတိုင်မှီ ငွေပေးချေထားရန် အကြံပြုလိုပါသည်။ ကြိုတင် စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်းသည် စနစ်တကျ ပွဲစီစဉ်ခြင်းအတွက် များစွာ အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေပါသည်။ ပွဲနေ့မှ စာရင်းသွင်း တက်ရောက်သူများအား ခုံနေရာ လွတ်လပ်ပါက ခွင့်ပြုပေးသွားပါမည်။ ပွဲအတွက် တက်ရောက်လိုသူမှ စာရင်းသွင်းပြီးလျှင် ကော်မတီမှ အချက်အလက်များကို စီစစ်ပါမည်။ ပြီးနောက် ငွေတောင်းခံလွှာ Invoice ကို ပေးပို့ပါမည်။ ငွေသွင်းပြီးသည်နှင့် ပွဲတက်ရောက်ခွင်ပြုကြောင်းနှင့် ပွဲတက်ရောက်ရန် ဖိတ်စာ ကိုပို့ပေးပါမည်။
